KTM Lowering Kit 390 Duke 2017-2019. $389.99 USD. This OEM part is in stock and ships in 1-2 business days. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION. FITMENT. PROPOSITION 65. Developed together with the vehicle. 25 mm lower seat height. No restrictions on riding dynamics.
Question about Seat lowering kit for KTM390ADV. I have seen YouTube videos and shorts of people in Canada and Australia going for the seat lowering kit during the purchase itself. If it really reduces the height to 835mm, KTM are missing out on a huge market by not making it available in India.
5'6" here with a 28 inch inseam. 41 years old and about 175 to 180 pound with gear. I bought a 2015 690 and put a 1 5/8 kouba link on it. The back tire rubbed on the underside of the gas tank/subframe with this link so I switched to a 1 inch link and raised the front forks up in the triple tree to compensate.

Install a lowering kit. Basic lowering kits aren’t very expensive. Usually, they consist of replacement parts for your bike’s rear shock linkage, priced in the $150-$200 range. To install, you replace the dogbones in your rear shock linkage and also adjust the front fork height to keep handling somewhat neutral. With these modifications

Oddometer: 1,022. Location: Millersville, MO out in the sticks. I just put a set of the Emig Racing 1 1/8" lowering links on my 99 Adventure and raised the forks 18 mm per Emigs suggestions. $85 shipped and very easy to install. My actual measurement of the seat height shows 1" lower.
Height: Same as OEM. Details: The 390 Adventure comfort seat has been lowered in the rear of the seating area and built up at the front to counteract the natural forward slope of the OEM seat along with a slimmer profile allowing for a more relaxed feel. * If you are looking for long-distance comfort then our Sport Touring seat is a great choice.
